Samantha Hayes is a distinguished New Zealand journalist and presenter, currently anchoring Stuff’s ThreeNews live at 6pm.

With over 15 years of experience in broadcasting, she has become a well-known figure in the industry. Samantha's career began at the young age of 17 when she gained international attention with an exclusive story during her time at Nightline. By 23, she had become one of the country's youngest newsreaders, showcasing her talent and drive.

Throughout her career, Samantha has fronted various prominent news programmes, delivering in-depth reports on significant global issues such as climate change in Antarctica, the Syrian refugee crisis, and the rise of New Zealand music star Lorde.
