Nadia and Carlos did a great job, they were very easy to work with, as well as being engaging and friendly with everyone from the moment they arrived. They are a compelling and engaging duo ... keep reading as they share their stories and switch seamlessly between each other quite naturally. They also give each other quite a bit of ribbing which the guests really enjoyed. Having Nadia and Carlos present together adds a level of depth and interest beyond what they would offer individually and I believe this is a compelling combination. Combining all of their interests and experiences from paddock to plate, food business, a love of good food and a passion for trying new things and being part of a community. I could see that the guests were engaged and captivated by them for the duration and we had wonderful feedback about how much they enjoyed the event. Nadia and Carlos stayed for an hour after to chat to the guests and Nadia happily signed books also.
