A former CMO, Mark has worked over the past five years at executive level on the enterprise Agile Transformations for Spark NZ, ASB and The Warehouse Group - three of the largest, end-to-end Agile transformations anywhere in the world.
Through his transformation experiences across telco, banking and retail, Mark has built up a wealth of strategic and operational knowledge around enterprise Agile implementations, becoming an 'expert witness with regard to how to make it successful, and make it stick. He has seen companies willing to make the leap, deliver record results and massive improvements in team engagement and NPS.
With over 20 years of leadership experience including start-ups, growth companies and large corporates in UK, USA, Sweden and NZ, Mark has a fascinating, international knowledge of operational effectiveness and the culture of high performing teams.
