Malcolm Law is a great down-to-earth Kiwi adventurer, fundraiser and storyteller.
Achievements
In 2008 he took time out from a successful career in market research to pursue a hugely ambitious personal goal. A year later, he had become the first (and still only) person to run New Zealand's 7 mainland Great Walks in just 7 days. He raised $85,000 for charity.
Current work
Soon after completing his first ˜7in7 Challenge' Malcolm realised that he had inspiring stories to tell and a knack for telling them. He started answering requests to tell his story and the requests have not stopped. He decided not to go back to the safe comfort zone of what he knew best. Instead, he made the decision to throw caution to the wind and pursue his more selfless and rewarding career as an adventurer, fundraiser and storyteller. He has gone on to complete numerous superhuman running firsts - including running 50 marathons over 50 mountains in 50 days - and has raised almost $800,000 for the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation and the Mental Health Foundation NZ.
Awards In 2012 Malcolm was awarded a New Zealander of the Year ˜Local Hero' medal. In 2015 he won Wilderness Magazine's ˜Outdoor Hero of the Year' award. This year he has also been nominated for ˜New Zealander of the Year' for a third time.
Dream Big. Live Big. Do Good. Inspire People.
These are the beliefs that drive Malcolm's passion for ˜adventures with a cause'

FIFTY - The Movie. Trailer
Mal Law set out to run 50 mountain marathons over 50 peaks in just 50 days, all around New Zealand, in order to raise an enormous amount of money for the Mental Health Foundation. FIFTY is a truly remarkable and inspiring film that proves how much the human body and the human spirit are capable of when powered by a deep & selfless purpose. Set against the stunning backdrop of wild New Zealand mountain landscapes, it makes for compelling, gripping viewing - Sir Ranulph Fiennes, The World's Greatest Living Explorer. The film is every bit as unique and epic as the adventure it traces, but it's also about so much more than just stunning mountain scenery and awesome trail running. It's about the 'power of purpose' and what is possible when thousands of people get together behind one man to help achieve something truly and utterly remarkable.Malcolm Law interviewed by Scotty Stevenson about FIFTY

Mal Law is truly inspiring. A modern day adventurer who's not afraid to jump into epic escapades with a passion, determination and spirit that will leave you breathless. In his recent book and in his captivating talks Mal brings these exploits to life and shows us that there's always further we can push ourselves to achieve the extraordinary
Malcolm, I must thank you for your very inspiring and challenging presentation. Everyone was buzzing about it the next day. I think those who chose not to come to the dinner missed something very special
We were honoured to have Mal Law appear for us as a key note speaker for our top Advisers conference in Hawaii this year. His story about his achievements had exactly the right mix of excitement, drama and emotion to keep this very demanding audience captivated throughout. But his presentation delivered so much more than just the story of the things he has done. It also provided fascinating insights into why and how he has achieved these things. The lessons from his life were highlighted to us in a very down to earth way but were so powerful they acted as an enormous metaphorical boot up the backside to everyone in the audience. It was clear from talking to attendees after Mal's presentation that this humble man had changed their perspective on what they themselves could and should achieve in their own lives. I can categorically state that Mal's presentation was one of the best I have ever had the privilege of listening to and I can confirm that the messages he delivered spoke directly to me as well. I would recommend Mal to any audience
