Kaz’s career highlights include transformative roles at Meta, where she served as Global Product Lead of Emerging Platforms and Products, Automotive Creative Strategist, and Creative Strategist in both the USA and Australia. She has judged the Future Now Jury for the New York Festivals, spoken at SXSW on the Metaverse for Good, and won the 2022 Diversity and Inclusion Webby Award for tackling bias in technology. As a forward-thinker, she currently contributes as Creative Innovation Director for the global emerging technology council, Verses and Valleys. Alongside her corporate achievements, Kaz founded and successfully sold her own creative agency and holds a double major Bachelor of Business degree in advertising and marketing.
While navigating her extraordinary career, Kaz witnessed the mounting pressures faced by high-performing creatives, often at the cost of their wellbeing. Her own world came to a standstill when she was suddenly widowed in her thirties. The tragic loss of her husband, whom she unknowingly shared a final meal of his signature Bolognese with, became a turning point in her life. This deeply personal experience inspired her to develop The Bolognese Philosophy, a profoundly simple yet impactful approach to prioritising what warms the heart amidst life’s demands.
