Decide who you are, and don't let anyone or anything get in the way.
Amy Fraser is a results driven communicator at the helm of the thriving New York City based business OKREAL: a resource of wisdom and connection that gives women the tools and courage to take charge of their lives, and New York City's leading mentor circle program.
Current work
Amy founded OKREAL in 2014 to provide a resource for a modern community of women who are striving to create their own path, and want authentic advice to help them do so.
Through panels, workshops and online content, OKREAL supports women by providing a resource of wisdom, connection and mentorship. Amy believes that building an indestructible sense of self-worth is foundational to all forms of success in life. OKREAL's mission is to show women how to define and create their own versions of fulfilment, and to help cultivate the support and resilience they need in order to do so.
Amy has led hundreds of women through events across the US and has worked with brands like Nike, Mattel, Adidas, Aerie and The Washington Post to create impactful experiences for a growing community of female leaders, and is currently gearing up to launch an e-learning platform.
Awards
In 2018, Amy awarded as one of Moet & Chandon's top 5 New Zealand entrepreneurs, and her work with women has been recognised in Forbes and the Wall Street Journal.
